This role will provide the thought leadership, lead the development and realisation of the strategic rewards vision, to enable the company to attract and retain the right talents in highly competitive and dynamic markets.

This is an individual contributor role who will work closely with the group and in-market/sub-regional C&B and HR teams to ensure practices and policies are consistent and aligned. Some of the key responsibilities include :

  • Understand business imperatives and competitive talent landscape so as to develop, implement, communicate and educate the C&B strategy and philosophy
  • Ensure operational and cost efficiency of the C&B programs
  • Initiate and participate actively in C&B projects including salary surveys
  • Manage the annual rewards processes
  • Deploy new C&B tools within the region such as salary review on line

To succeed in this role, you should:

  • Have strong interpersonal, communication and influencing skills, able to build credibility with the C&B/HR team and business stakeholders
  • Have experience and good working knowledge of Asia C&B practices including China and SEA, which would be highly advantageous
  • Be able to excel in a fast-paced and complex environment
