Job Description

Our client is a global leader in total solution provider of pharmaceutical manufacturing systems and engineering seeking for a Sales Director to start up their ASEAN presence in Singapore with the aim to provide competitive pharmaceutical equipment and system solutions valuable for today and future's competence improvement of the pharma and biotech companies.

You will spearhead the development of sales and marketing function in Singapore as a start and eventually grow the ASEAN markets. You will act as the key relationship owner for Pharma manufacturers and be responsible for new business development and identifying new opportunities in Singapore and ASEAN region.

You will cooperate with the solution support team and production manager from HQ, understand customers' needs and use various sales strategies / skills to achieve sales targets. You will build in depth relationships and partnerships with Pharma manufacturers with regular visits and establish broad level connections and relationships to learn their needs, future directions and next projections. You will also be responsible for pre-customer needs investigation and ensure the accuracy and effectiveness of information from customers' needs.

You will be in charge of the overall sales procedure management, such as the completion of project bidding, business negotiation, making quotation, contract execution, goods distribution, recovery of payment and other relative things. You will also participate in related exhibitions, collect market information, to implement the sales and marketing strategy.

Ideally you have minimum 8 to 10 years of experience in pharma equipment or pharma engineering companies with proven key account management and strategic account management experience in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industry.

You have the executive presence to engage with c-level and key decision makers of pharmaceutical manufacturers. You have strong presentation and negotiation skills with strong fluency in English and Mandarin. You are independent, responsible, has good team spirit and highly adaptable to fast changing environment.
