Job Description

Our client is a US MNC in the consumer health sector. The business has been experiencing good growth in the APAC region and continues to see expansion plans. They are looking to recruit an APAC Strategy and Business Process Improvement Director.


You will lead the team in evaluating Go To Market Strategies for the business in APAC and analyse consumer behaviour to identify opportunities for improvement and growth. This includes driving analytics to understand industry trends and competitor analysis. You will also lead the team in leading initiatives to drive operational efficiency and improvements in business processes. You will also lead the team in implementing the strategies identified for the business as well as to enable growth for channel partners in the APAC region.


Ideally, you are degree qualified and have at least 12 year's related work experience. You would have spent at least 5 year's in a management consulting firm and relevant experience in the consumer industry. You demonstrate good commercial acumen and strategic insights and have good project management experience. Team management experience is critical for the success of this role. This position will require travel of around 50%.
