Job Description

Purpose of role: Accountable for the delivery, support and maintenance HRIS systems including integrations with other systems and platforms across the APAC cluster.

Key Job Accountabilities:

  • To manage the implementation HRIS system
  • To complete, update and obtain sign off for the system design workbooks for APAC
  • Work with the implementation partners and Global HRIS Team to design, test and roll out modules in APAC
  • Lead the User Acceptance Testing of all modules in all markets for APAC
  • To manage obtaining and verifying locally the translations for the system
  • In liaison with the GHRIS Manager to maintain the relevant project tracking documents so that the implementation team has visibility of progress, actions and risk
  • To prepare and implement the roll out from a technical point of view of system upgrades as well as training and knowledge management
  • To provide system and project support for future systems
  • To maintain appropriate data integrity, appropriate access levels and legislative compliance adhering to the various regulations
  • Provide an effective and efficient HRIS service to HR colleagues and the business including overseeing all HR reporting
  • Ensure global users guides are translated and maintained in local languages
  • Responsible for the APAC HRIS Governance Document - its creation and maintenance
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders including HR, IT, Payroll, Finance, as well as external consultants and partners on projects

Ideally, we are looking for individuals with the following experience:

  • Technical and functional knowledge of HRIS ideally SuccessFactors
  • HRIS experience from an analytical or project perspective
  • Proven Project Management ability in an HR environment ideally managing HRIS projects across multiple locations
