Job Description

Our client is a Global Medical Device Leader and has been experiencing tremendous growth across the Asia Pacific. They are seeking to hire a high caliber individual to lead their Customer Care team.

Leading a team, you will be responsible for supporting APAC customers effectively, through providing guidelines and systems to assist the team members in achieving operational goals and driving improvements across the region. You will oversee customer support and technical support, as well as any other customer-facing support operations post sales. You will ensure that the organization is running on a high-quality service level, establish and fulfilling all KPIs, with a smooth, efficient service that meets the expectations and needs of customers and business partners. Your responsibilities include providing planning and development of the technical support and service needs. You will also drive process improvements and training to ensure that customer-facing support teams can support customers effectively.

Ideally, the candidate has a Bachelor's Degree from a reputable University with at least 4 - 6 years of experience in a similar role from fast-growing MNCs. You should have experience managing a technical contact center team with remote support to customers. In addition, you are a strong communicator who can work within a multi-cultural team, with the ability to multi-task and set priorities effectively.
