Analyst - Vice President, Buy Side Real Estate Investment

Their investment mandate is wide and exciting - they can invest in all things real estate across Asia (China, Aus esp), Europe, US. Type of deals executed so far include but not limited to all real estate underlying such as FoF, Private equity into Real estate companies, physical real estate buildings, REITS and co-investments with UHNWIs.

This is an extremely hands-on and fast-paced role, with ample opportunities for global exposure and learning. The right candidate will have:

• At least 2- 8 years of relevant Real Estate investing experience, either from a FoF, Corporate Finance, Investment Bank or another Real Estate Private Equity team
• Good academic track record from a top university; or CFA will be useful
• Strong financial modeling skills with a good commercial sense
• Passion for real estate deals globally
• Willingness to learn and a hunger for being hands-on; strong team player
• Good spoken / written conversational Mandarin will be useful as there is a lot of liaison with Chinese counterparts and Chinese deals are a big area of focus in the mandate
