VP Fund Finance, Real Estate Fund Manager

Job description

A leading real estate fund manager is looking to build the fund accounting team. You will be responsible for the following:

1. Perform fund operations work including trade booking, cash and positions reconciliation, corporate actions monitor, NAV Verification, payment arrangement, reporting, etc
2. Produces fund financial statements and other required financial information including but not limited to investor funded and unfunded commitments.
3. Operates the daily activities of the treasury, cash management and accounting function of the fund.
4. Monitors, compiles and analyzes financial data.
5. Some regions updates and monitors daily trading, general ledger activity and pricing of funds to ensure accuracy of daily NAV calculation.

Bachelor with 8+ years of experience. Certified Accountant qualifications in relevant jurisdictions. Solid technical financial skills and comprehensive knowledge of GAAP, FASB, REIS, IFRS, and in-region/in-country standard
