RFP specialist (content & system)

Company Overview:

Our client, an international asset manager is looking a RFP Manager, content & system to work closely with local and global team to join the team.

About the job:

• Periodic review and update existing RFP and related content and enhance content quality in order to improve the efficiency for users
• Main point of contact for user inquiries and work closely with subject matter experts to generate new content
• Promote the use of RFP system and assist on ad hoc projects

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree holder with minimum 1 year of experience with RFP exposure in buy-side institutions
• Welcome candidates with sales support/ distribution support background within buyside
• Strong language/writing background or background in an operations function with excellent writing skills; Fluent in both spoken and written English and Mandarin
