Regional Legal Counsel (10-15 PQE), Global Asset Manager

Job description

Leading global asset manager with an established presence in APAC is seeking an experienced lawyer to join the legal team in a newly created role. You will be responsible advising on legal matters relating to IMAs, distribution agreements, separate client accounts and sales/marketing activities. You will also provide legal support for fund related matters, with a core focus on Greater China and Onshore China funds.

The successful candidate will possess 10-15 years PQE with relevant experience gained from leading private practice law firms and / or in-house asset management legal roles. Fluency in English is required, with fluency in Chinese language skills highly advantageous. In this role, you will be part of a collaborative legal team and organisation while having autonomoy in a visible senior legal position.
