Regional HR Operations Manager - Well-known sports brand

Job description

Our client is a well-known sports brand who is looking for a Regional HR Operations Manager to join their office in Hong Kong.

You will be responsible to run day-to-day HR operations and drive operational efficiency and best practice across the region, working closely with Global COEs to roll out new HR initiatives and HR projects. Liaise with regional and global stakeholders on HR processes and systems, conduct data analysis to develop strategies. In addition, partner with payroll vendors to support local payroll compliance and admin. This role will report directly into Global.

The successful candidate will have at least 10 years of hands-on HR operations experience from MNC or fast-paced industries, with strong knowledge on local employment ordinance for Asian countries. Proven team management experience. Strong in building rapport with internal and external stakeholders. Fluent in Chinese and English in both written and verbal communication.
