Regional Compensation and Benefits Manager

Job description

You will oversee the alignment of compensation and benefits programmes, job evaluation and review, benchmark compensation and support the annual performance reviews. You will also work closely with internal stakeholders on headcount reporting, detailed variance analysis and business reviews compilation.

The successful candidate will have a degree in HR / Business or equivalent with over 5 years of in-house experience, preferably in a multi-national environment. Ideally, you will be analytical and detail oriented with strong communication skills. Proficiency in both Chinese and English is required for this role.
