Project Manager, FMCG

Job description

Our client, a homegrown, leading FMCG company is looking for multiple Project Managers to join their growing HRIS and Project team to manage either the digital (i.e. HRIS) or non-digital (i.e. HR process improvement) aspects of HR projects.

Reporting to the HRIS and Projects Lead, you will support the company at group level in driving and managing the HR business processes, implementing and enhancing HR systems. In doing so, you will partner with the HR process owners to implement key process improvement initiatives, deploy change management skills, tools and processes throughout the organisation and ensure successful delivery and adoption of key process initiatives.

The successful candidate will have 6+ years of project management experience (with knowledge of HR domain). Ideally, you are experienced in leading and managing transformation projects, knowledgeable in change management and lean six sigma who is also independent, driven, comfortable to work with stakeholders across all levels and is passionate about HR process optimization.
