Project Financing Analyst - Real Asset Financing Platform

Job description

Our client is a Real Asset Financing Platform looking to appoint a Project Finance Analyst to join the expanding team. Role will be based in Singapore but will have the opportunity to cover deals on a global basis.

On a day to day basis, you will be responsible for

• Evaluation of projects and financing opportunities to determine suitability for financing for offshore marine and oil & gas sectors
• Preparation of credit applications to seek approval for proposed financing commitments
• Detailed due diligence and research to support the risk analysis and determine acceptability of proposed risk mitigation
• Building or review of financial models and performance of cash flow sensitivities
• Interacting with project targets on accuracy of deal details

Requirements

• Between 2 to 6 years of relevant project or structured finance lending experience; Corporate finance experience covering similar sectors such as marine, transportation, or oil & gas
• Basic understanding of project finance structures, terms, cash flow models and documentation
• Hands on approach and a strong team player mentality
