HRIS Project Manager - Tech Start-up firm

Job description

Our client is a technology start-up firm who is looking for a HRIS Project Manager to join their office in Hong Kong.

Reporting to the Head of HR, you will be the lead person to review HR information system, engage with IT team to address system issue and ensure system functions to support HR operations and employee services. It is critical that you maintain active and effective communication with internal stakeholders, building contents and coach users on capabilities.

The successful candidate will have at least 8 years' HRIS implementation and roll out experience, ideally from multinational companies preferably from technology/telecommunications industry. You must be a self-motivated and detail-minded person with an interest in dealing with system related matters. Fluent English and Chinese in both written and verbal communication is a perquisite. Proven experience in SuccessFactors will be an advantage.
