Job description
Our client is a technology start-up firm who is looking for a HR Operations Lead to join their office in Hong Kong.
Reporting to the Head of HR, you will be responsible to run day-to-day HR operations and drive operational efficiency and best practice across the region, ensuring the policies and procedures align with company strategy. You will manage employee lifecycle including onboarding, annual performance managements, employee experience, global mobility procedures and manage employee handbooks.
The successful candidate will have at least 10 years of hands-on HR operations experience from multinational companies preferably from technology/telecommunications industry, with strong knowledge on local employment ordinance for Asian countries. Strong in building rapport with internal and external stakeholders. Fluent in Mandarin and English in both written and verbal communication.
