Finance Manager (6 months Contract), Real Estate

Job description

Our client, a leading real estate management company, is seeking for a Finance Manager (6 months contract) due to growing business needs.

Reporting to the Finance Director, the role will be responsible for fund's financial reporting, month end closing, group consolidation of accounts and will support on budgeting and forecasting process. You will work closely with overseas finance teams, property managers to review statutory audits of subsidiaries and legal and corporate secretarial department on corporate secretarial matters.

A suitable candidate will have at least a Degree in Accountancy with at least 4 years of relevant experience. Big 4 audit candidates are welcome to apply for the role.
