Benefits Professional - Asset Management firm

Job description

Our client is a top tier Asset Management firm that is looking for a Benefits professional to join their HR team in Hong Kong.

Reporting to the Senior Manager for Benefits, you will be conducting ongoing research to provide data analysis and market insights to establish employee benefits offerings as well as projects across APAC. You will work closely with other internal departments, provide subject matter expertise to employee while monitoring vendor performance.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 7 years' benefits experience ideally in financial services firm with prior regional exposure. Excellent analytical skills and detailed-oriented. You are a strong communicator who can build client relationships. Fluent in English and Cantonese is a perquisite.
