Assistant Manager, Governance, Asset Manager

Job description

Asset manager is seeking a regulatory / governance professional to be responsible for a broad range of corporate governance, company secretarial and regulatory matters. As part of a 3 person team, responsibilities will include assisting with enhancing/implementing the corporate governance structure, preparation of statutory filings, overseeing regulatory approvals/notifications and support of board meetings.

The successful candidate will possess at least 5 years of relevant experience. Strong knowledge and work experience gained in asset industry is essential. Fluency in English and Cantonese is required with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. You must be able to work independently when required and have excellent organisational skills.
