Job description
Leading global investment bank is seeking an equity derivatives lawyer to provide legal support to the equity derivatives business. You will be responsible for structuring and executing a range of equity derivatives transactions and providing advisory to the business on related legal matters.
The successful candidate will be an 8-10 PQE lawyer with relevant experience gained at leading investment banks and/or leading law firms. Fluency in English is a prerequisite. Candidates overseas will be considered. You must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills in addition to the technical skillset required.
