Job description
Hedge fund is seeking a Lead Compliance Officer to be the primary compliance officer in the Hong Kong office. Managing a junior staff, your responsibilities will include dealing with any SFC related regulatory compliance matters, overseeing any trading related compliance, providing advice to senior management and business stakeholders, conducting compliance reviews and other day-to-day compliance tasks.
The successful candidate will possess at least 7-10 years of relevant experience gained with a leading bulge bracket investment bank or hedge fund. You must be able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic and flexible working environment. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are required.
