Job description
Global boutique asset manager is looking to hire an experienced compliance professional to be in a stand-alone position in the Hong Kong office overseeing a broad range of compliance matters. Responsibilities include liaising with the SFC on all regulatory and product/funds related matters, providing advice and guidance to the business, investigating any breaches of investment guidelines, reviewing marketing materials and implementing global firm policies in Hong Kong.
The successful candidate will possess at least 8 years of relevant compliance experience gained within asset management. You must also be hands-on and able to work autonomously. Fluency in English and Cantonese is required, Mandarin is advantageous. Strong knowledge of the Hong Kong regulatory landscape and experience in dealing with Hong Kong authorised funds / products is a prerequisite.
