Job description
Our client, a globally reputable asset manager is looking for a seasoned Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Business Partner to join their team to support their DE & I efforts in Europe and Asia.
The DE & I Business Partner will work closely with the Senior Managers in Europe and Asia to support the development, implementation and monitoring of regional strategies and execution of various initiatives to meet organizational DE & I commitments. In addition, you will build meaningful external and internal relationships and provide subject matter expertise by maintaining awareness of global issues and DE & I trends.
The successful candidate will have 8 - 10 years of experience in human resources and 3 - 5 years of experienced in DE & I, preferably in the Asia/Europe regions. Ideally, you are familiar with leading project life cycles with strong communication and stakeholder management skills and enjoy working in a collaborative and dynamic environment.
