We use multiple, proactive approaches to source the right candidates given high performing professionals are hard to find, including actively mapping and headhunting key individuals as well as using our extensive database of talent, discrete online advertising, referrals and our consultants’ regional networks. Our team of experienced in-house researchers are adept at finding and attracting high-quality candidates, including those who might not necessarily be actively looking. Throughout the process, we offer market and competitor intelligence. We never outsource research.


Candidates are interviewed and screened using a behavioural-based approach, with questions structured around the appropriate technical and interpersonal competencies required. Throughout the process, candidates are briefed thoroughly, and detailed feedback is gathered after each interview stage.
