Rachel is a Director in our Asset & Wealth Management, Corporate & Investment Banking and Private Equity, Private Credit & Venture Capital practices in Singapore. She specialises in hiring for largely buy side practice, including but not limited to asset and wealth management, private credit / equity, hedge funds and venture capital opportunities within Southeast Asia.
Experience
Rachel has more than 13 years of executive search experience. Prior to Profile, she was a Senior Recruiter for J.P. Morgan in Singapore, managing both bank-wide campus recruitment and lateral recruitment. Rachel previously worked at a leading executive search firm, specialising in infrastructure mandates within their financial services division. She began her career as a Private Banking Business Manager at UBS Private Bank in Singapore.
Rachel received her Bachelor of Accountancy degree from Nanyang Technological University.
