Paul Loo
Paul is a Managing Director based in Shanghai, responsible for leading our China operations. In addition to managing the business, he specialises in senior-level accounting & finance and sales & marketing mandates across the commercial sector for a variety of multinationals, publicly listed companies and Asia-based conglomerates.
Experience
Paul has 20 years of executive search experience. Prior to Profile, he led the commerce accounting & finance division at a leading UK executive search firm in Singapore, and was responsible for recruiting senior-level finance professionals across Southeast Asia. He also built out their engineering & supply chain division, took on additional responsibility managing the commerce sales & marketing arm, and developed the start-up of a property & construction division. Paul began his career as an Auditor at Arthur Andersen.
Paul received his Bachelor of Commerce degree in Accounting & Finance, with a minor in Business Law, from the University of Western Australia. He is also an Australian Chartered Accountant and a Certified DISC Behavioural Consultant. In addition to English, Paul speaks fluent Mandarin.
