Nicole Li
Nicole is an Associate Director in our Technology practice in Beijing. She specialises in mid to senior-level mandates with a focus in the IT, internet, cloud computing, big data and AIOT sectors across China.
Experience
Nicole has over 10 years of executive search experience. Prior to Profile, she was at a global leading recruitment firm in China. Before that, she worked as an in-house recruiter within the internet education industry and has experience with the internal executive recruitment process.
Nicole received her bachelor's degree in Social Psychology from Tianjin University of Technology and a master's degree in Enterprise Management from Renmin University of China. In addition to English, she speaks fluent Mandarin.
