Experience
Prior to Profile, Lingling was a consultant at a recruitment firm in Shanghai, focusing on mid to senior-level roles within non-banking financial institutions. Before her career in executive search, Lingling worked in the financial services industry in Canada.
Lingling received her bachelor’s degree in Commerce from University of British Columbia. In addition to English, she speaks fluent Mandarin.
