Jonathan has over 12 years of executive search experience, focusing on the Japan Sales & Marketing market. Prior to Profile, he led the Sales & Marketing division for a leading recruitment firm in Tokyo, specialising in the consumer goods, fashion, hospitality and retail divisions. With deep expertise in both consumer focused and B2B industries, Jonathan brings a deep network of bilingual professionals to the team. Jonathan began his career in the UK, where he worked in human resources and sales.
