Experience
Jolene has over 15 years’ experience in recruitment. Prior to Profile, she was a Regional Consulting Manager at two leading executive search firms, focusing on mid to senior-level appointments across Asia Pacific. She has extensive experience working across a wide range of businesses within healthcare and nutrition, logistics & supply chain, FMCG, retail, hospitality and real estate, placing senior-level mandates and technical engineers in roles across chemical, pharmaceutical, manufacturing and industrial engineering. Jolene began her career as a Procurement Specialist with various multinationals in Singapore.
Jolene received her Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the National University of Singapore. In addition to English, she speaks fluent Mandarin.
