Experience
Prior to Profile, Esther worked at a leading recruitment firm in Singapore, where she focused on placing talent within the software development industry. Before that for over 7 years, she was part of the in-house HR team for two regional organisations.
Esther received her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University at Buffalo.
