Barbara is a Director in our Asset & Wealth Management and Corporate & Investment Banking practices in Hong Kong, specialising in mid to senior-level appointments within the infrastructure space. She focuses on accounting & finance, COO, risk, and operations roles within the investment banking, asset management, private equity and insurance sectors.
Experience
Barbara has 17 years of specialist experience in infrastructure recruitment in Hong Kong. Prior to Profile, she was at a leading UK executive search firm in Hong Kong, focusing on financial services. Barbara began her career at a global specialist recruitment firm in London, fulfilling contract and permanent accountancy positions in the commercial and financial services sectors. In her time there, she also led a 12-month consultancy project with Merrill Lynch, establishing and managing their back office recruitment processes and best practice.
Barbara received her diploma in Business Management and a Masters of Nutrition from Deakin University.
