Over the past 16 years, Profile, A WilsonHCG Company, has successfully delivered bespoke executive search solutions to our clients across Asia. In order to meet increasing demand in Japan, we have set up an office in Tokyo to expand our scope, enable new projects and provide a dedicated local team for our clients and partners.

Leading the Tokyo office is Jonathan Hughes, with 16 years of executive search experience focusing on the Japanese market. In addition to managing the broader business in Japan, Jonathan will head the recruitment efforts for senior HR positions across all industries.

Our team in Tokyo will initially focus on Human Resources, Sales & Marketing and Accounting & Finance positions, and will be expanding into other coverage areas in the very near future. In joining forces with WilsonHCG’s existing RPO offering in Japan, we provide a range of talent solutions fit to market.
